Commission Pricing Guide
Welcome! I price my work based on character size, render style, and optional background types. Everything is modular, so you can mix and match to fit your vision.Just a quick note: the examples above are calculated as if all characters are client-owned. This helps illustrate how pricing works when you're commissioning art of your own characters. Here’s how it all breaks down:

Base Character: Choose one character to set your base price.
Additional Characters: +80% of the selected size and style. All characters in an image must be within the same render style (ie. no mixing and matching types of renders).
My Personal OCs: +30% of the selected size and style. My OCs are dear to me and a joy to draw — I offer a reduced rate to reflect that!

The following table, relating to the second artwork above (3 characters + car), is an example breakdown of how I price my works using this modular system. All characters are treated as client-owned for client clarity, but feel free to ask for a quote if needed! 💚

By commissioning Cycrose (me), the Client (you) automatically agrees to these Terms, including any future updates. Failure to read them does not exempt you from corrective action.xIntellectual Property & Usage
- All creative content is for personal use only. Commercial use may be discussed for an added fee.
- My work is prohibited from use in AI training, NFTs, or cryptocurrency-related platforms. Legal action will be taken.
- I retain all rights to artwork and may reuse content for promotional materials (ads, speedpaints, prints, etc.).
- Commissions are digital-only unless explicitly stated. Delivered via Toyhouse and/or Google Drive (high-res PNG).
- My work must not be used to promote hateful or harmful content. Violations will result in reports to appropriate authorities.
- Do not edit my work nor remove/tamper with my watermark.
- Specific to Toyhouse: resale - OK and redesigning - OK; anything goes as long as you respect the rest of my Terms. When sharing, credit - appreciated.xPayment & Processing
- Clients and characters must be 18+ years of age.
- Payment via Ko-Fi, CashApp, or Zelle in USD. Full (100%) payment is required upfront, except for payment plans (start at $400) where 25% down is required.
- Payment (full or first installment) is due within 24 hours of acceptance.
- Prices may change anytime, without notice.xProcess & Communication
- I reserve the right to decline any commission or trade request at any time for any reason.
- Visual references are required. Heavily shaded or stylized refs may be rejected.
- Edits are allowed during sketch and flat color stages. Minor tweaks after may be considered, but not guaranteed.
- Commissions may be cancelled after 7 days of no response. No refunds will be issued for loss of contact.xRefunds & Disputes
- Chargebacks/disputes are not tolerated.
- Refunds, if eligible, will be issued via CashApp or Zelle.
- If a commission is delayed beyond 6 months, you may request a partial refund based on progress: Not Started → 100% | Sketch → 70% | Flat Color → 50% | Any Shading → 0%.
- If you opt-out of a refund and I am feeling able, I will continue the commission.xWill NOT Draw
I reserve the right to decline any content that violates my values or boundaries. If you're unsure whether your idea falls under these, feel free to ask — I’ll always prioritize respectful and open communication. The following are strictly prohibited:- Underage and feral characters (under any circumstances)
- Licensed characters and copyrighted IPs
- Real people (celebrities, public figures, the client and their family, etc.)
- NSFW involving animalistic character & toy cocks (incl. equestrian) (knots OK), scat, vomit, prolapse, inflation, babyfur, or sexual assault (CNC OK)
- Extreme gore or detailed self-harm imagery
- Hateful content, including misogynistic, racist, LGBTQ+phobic, or bigoted themesxBlacklist
